Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective June 1, 2026. This explains when paid audits and subscriptions can be refunded or cancelled — in plain language.

1. Overview

Preset & Profit ("we," "us," "our") wants you to feel the audit was worth what you paid. This policy describes how refunds and cancellations work for our free audits, one-time paid audits, and subscription plans. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

2. Free audits

Our free Snapshot audit is provided at no charge, so there is nothing to refund. You can run it without payment and decide whether to go further.

3. One-time paid audits

If you purchase a one-time paid audit (for example, a Deep Audit or Professional Audit) and you are not satisfied that it delivered specific, useful findings, contact us at hello@presetprofit.com within 7 days of delivery. We will review your request and, in most cases, issue a full refund. Because each audit involves real analysis and compute once it has been generated, refunds after this window are granted at our reasonable discretion.

4. Subscription plans

Subscription plans (such as Professional or Agency) are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe.

  • You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then.
  • We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period once it has begun, except where required by law.
  • If you were charged after cancelling, or charged in clear error, contact us and we will correct it promptly.
  • If a plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.

5. How to request a refund or cancel

Refunds: email hello@presetprofit.com from the address on your account, with your receipt or the email used at purchase. We aim to respond within two business days.

Cancellations: manage or cancel your subscription anytime from the billing portal inside your account, or email us and we'll handle it for you.

6. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the funds to appear.

7. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is reviewed.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page.
